What is the Mug body and lid made of?

Our Mug body is made up of high quality, rust-resistant 18/8 Foodgrade Stainless Steel material. The lid is made up of BPA Free plastic & comes with slider functionality.

Is the Mug Microwave/Refrigerator safe?

Never place our Mug in the microwave as this could cause damage to the product and/or the microwave. We also do not recommend placing the product in the refrigerator or freezer as this could negatively affect the internal properties of the product.

Will the Mug Sweat?

Not at all. The Double Wall Vacuum Insulation technology will ensure that the outside of our Mug is condensation free.

Is the Mug Leak-Proof?

No. Our Mug isn’t leakproof. It’s splash resistant which means it will keep the drink in place over a speed bump but if it is flipped upside down or held at a titled angle, the liquid will spill out. We would suggest you keep the tumbler/mug upright.

Is the Mug dishwasher safe?

Our product is safe to be used in the Dishwasher. Wash it as per your convenience – either with hands or in a dishwasher.
